In January of 2019, Rachael visited the Hamilton Heights dance classroom, creating connections between the arts of dance and live storytelling for all students. The stories and activities for the workshops were selected to build community for ELL/SWD students, increase receptive and productive language, and support the dance classroom curriculum. The iworkshops explored the connections between emotional expression and cultural exploration found in both art forms.
